Psilocybin containing mushrooms are illegal to cultivate, possess, and consume in the US, Federally and in 49 states; as such spore syringes, prints, and swabs sold on this site are to be used ONLY for art, microscopy, and the collection of rare biological specimens. We do not support the cultivation of these mushroom and enforce these terms:

- No customer may cultivate the spores of psilocybin containing mushrooms purchased on this site.

- Orders shipping to California, Georgia, and Idaho where psilocybin mushroom spores are explicitly illegal can be placed but if these orders contain psilocybin mushroom spores the customer will be contacted and order revised

- Site images are the property of their respective owners, please do not take or use them without permission.

Photos and descriptions of psilocybin mushrooms on this site come from team members outside of the US. Items produced within the US comply with Federal law. Items that are produced outside of the US and sold domestically comply with Federal law.

Cultures are tested before every batch but when you're working with large volumes things can slip through the cracks. We know we aren't perfect which is why we offer nearly free replacements on liquid culture syringes harboring contamination.

To get your replacement email theodomyco@gmail.com a photo of the contamination along with the species name and batch number of your contaminated syringe.

To make this service sustainable we will request you pay shipping on the replacement (typically $5.15 for individual syringes). Spore swabs and prints are not replaceable.

Orders placed on Friday evening, Monday, and Tuesday morning (11:00 am cutoff) ship that Tuesday.

Orders placed on Tuesday afternoon through Friday (2:00 pm cutoff) ship that Friday.
